366be Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply: "Platform" means the 366be website and all associated services, games, betting markets and features accessible through it. "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform. "Player" or "You" means any individual who holds a registered Account or who accesses the Platform. "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins or other promotional value added to an Account which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.

"Prohibited Conduct" means any action that 366be determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute cheating, fraud, collusion, exploitation of software errors, manipulation of game outcomes, money laundering, or any other activity that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law. "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available within the Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an Account and use the 366be platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players who are under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must register as an individual in your own name. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and mobile number.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Attempting to register multiple accounts constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cool-off period that is currently in effect on your Account or that you have requested through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• You must not be using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

366be reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You agree to notify 366be immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

Password Security

You must choose a strong, unique password for your 366be Account and must not share this password with any third party. 366be will never ask you for your account password through any communication channel — including email, live chat or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 366be support immediately.

Account Sharing Prohibition

You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account. Account sharing — permitting another individual to place bets, access games, make deposits or withdrawals, or otherwise use your Account — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to have been shared will be subject to:

• Immediate suspension of the Account pending investigation.
• Forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings derived from gameplay conducted through the shared Account.
• Permanent closure of the Account at 366be's discretion.
• Referral of the matter to relevant authorities in cases where fraudulent activity is identified.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 366be platform — including deposits, withdrawals and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 366be supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other approved methods as updated from time to time on the platform. 366be does not accept credit card payments. All payment methods must be registered in the name of the Account holder and must match the details provided during Account registration and KYC verification.

Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by 366be and displayed within the platform's deposit section. These limits may be adjusted at any time. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of the transaction from the relevant payment provider. 366be is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems. Deposits may not be reversed once confirmed — if you wish to cancel a deposit that has not yet been confirmed, contact 366be support immediately.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. Before processing a withdrawal, 366be may require the Account holder to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time will result in the withdrawal request being held pending verification.

Withdrawal processing times are dependent on the payment method selected and may vary. 366be aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays in Bangladesh may be subject to processing on the following business day. 366be reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or an unresolved dispute on the Account.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and the Black Diamond VIP Programme

366be offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, and seasonal promotions timed around key dates in the Bangladeshi calendar such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season and major cricket tournaments. All promotional offers are subject to the specific bonus terms published alongside each offer. General bonus principles that apply to all promotions on 366be are as follows:

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your Account balance. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of those funds becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotional terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. 366be reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have not been identified as abusing promotions. 366be reserves the right to exclude a player from receiving promotional offers if evidence of systematic bonus abuse is identified.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.
• The Black Diamond VIP Programme is a loyalty scheme open to eligible registered players. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering activity over the applicable qualifying period. Benefits vary by tier and are described in the VIP Programme terms. 366be reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Programme at any time.
• Black Diamond tier membership is by invitation only and is granted at the sole discretion of 366be. Invitation-only tier benefits, including dedicated personal manager services and bespoke withdrawal arrangements, are subject to separate terms communicated to Black Diamond tier members directly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 366be platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and bonus funds, permanent Account closure and, where applicable, referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Prohibited Conduct includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts; providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information; using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with the platform; exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform; attempting to reverse engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the platform's software; and engaging in any conduct intended to disrupt the operation of the platform or harm other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 366be platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional material, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of 366be or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 366be. Any unauthorised use of platform content is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may also constitute an infringement of applicable copyright or trademark law.

8. Platform Availability and Service Interruptions

366be aims to maintain continuous availability of the platform and all its services. However, 366be does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error or technical fault. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages or circumstances beyond 366be's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of part or all of the platform.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game round — including but not limited to software errors, connection failures or display errors — 366be reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's Account. In no circumstances will 366be be liable for any loss of winnings or consequential loss arising from a game malfunction. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the platform.

Sports Betting Voids

In sports betting, 366be reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed or otherwise fail to be completed in accordance with applicable sporting rules. Bets may also be voided where they have been placed on the basis of clearly incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's Account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 366be's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — is limited as follows:

• 366be is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 366be is not liable for losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game software providers, or telecommunications or internet service providers.
• 366be is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including any loss arising from account security breaches resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 366be's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

366be collects, uses, stores and processes personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time on the platform.

All player data transmitted to and from the 366be platform is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. 366be does not sell, rent or share player personal data with third parties except as required for the operation of the platform (for example, payment processing and KYC verification) or as required by applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

366be is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players using the platform. All registered players must be 21 years of age or older. Every Account includes access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools within the Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time limits and alerts, cool-off periods (temporary breaks from platform use), and self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited exclusion from the platform).

Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their finances, relationships or mental health are encouraged to use the Responsible Gaming Tools available in their Account settings and to contact 366be support at [email protected] for assistance. 366be support can provide guidance on activating self-exclusion, referring players to external support resources available in Bangladesh, and discussing account restrictions that may assist the player in managing their gambling activity.

12. Amendments to These Terms

366be reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the platform and will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Where an amendment is material, 366be will take reasonable steps to notify registered players of the change, for example by displaying a notification on the platform or sending an email to the registered Account email address.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting 366be support.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the 366be platform, you should contact 366be support in the first instance at [email protected], setting out the details of your complaint clearly and in full. 366be aims to respond to all complaints within a reasonable time. 366be support will investigate the complaint and provide a written response. If you are not satisfied with the response provided by 366be support, you may escalate your complaint by contacting 366be support again and requesting escalation to a senior member of the team. 366be is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and transparently.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 366be operates as a digital entertainment platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that their use of the platform is compliant with the laws of their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as constituting legal advice. 366be recommends that players who have questions about the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction seek independent legal advice. These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated in 2026.
